Vitamin A & D is a superb product – targeted at the antioxidant benefits to the human body. Vitamin A is needed in the oily parts of the cells – well known for the maintenance of good vision and healthy skin, hair and nails while Vitamin D helps the body utilize calcium necessary for the normal development and maintenance of strong bones and teeth. This fish liver oil base material is fortified with ergocalciferol, a stable high potency Vitamin D source. It is also blended with high purity soya bean oil which makes it a must for modern nutrition.

Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin, meaning that it’s able to dissolve in fat but cannot dissolve in water. Found in few foods, such as fish liver oils, like cod liver oil and other fatty fish. Also in milk, cheese, egg yolks, beef liver. Produced when ultraviolent (UV) rays from sun hits our skin in humans. Low vitamin D can have alarming consequences, such as increased infection rates or bone health problems like osteomalacia and osteoporosis.
